We are so honored to be here and pleased to welcome you to join us this year on 2023 The 5th International Conference on Clean Energy and Electrical Systems (CEES 2023), which is held in Tokyo from April 1 to April 4. After three years' pandemic, CEES finally was held onsite this year, thanks for all of your continous support.

The conference objectives are to provide the communication platform for scholars from the world to exchange ideas related to your field of interest, paving the way for potential future collaborations and to seed the link for scientific cooperation by meeting researchers from various countries so that to make a progress on the world research. On the conference, we will engage in thought-provoking discussions, explore cutting-edge research, and develop new collaborations that will advance our understanding of clean energy and electrical systems. Through our collective efforts, we will be able to identify the most promising technologies and strategies that will pave the way towards a cleaner and more sustainable future. We absolutely believe CEES this year will provide a perfect platform for researchers, scholars to share experience and foster collaborations. The conference objectives will be further achieved.
